I've Been Tagged!

Sarah (Spackman) Johnson tagged me (as in "Your it!" kind of Tag). I guess it has a whole bunch of rules and such, but it is really fun.

Randomness Rules for "I've been Tagged":
1. You must post the rules on your blog if you are tagged:
2.Link to your tagger and post these rules.
3. Share 7 facts about yourself: some random-some weird.
4. Tag 7 people at the end of your post and list their names.
5. Let them know that they've been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

So Here Goes! The random facts about my life!

1. I used to hate football and didn't even know how to read the scoreboard. I am now married to a man that basicaly is obsessed with it! He knows every players name, number and stats in the NFL and in College football from 1960.
2. I never moved once until I moved away to College. Since then I have moved every year (and sometimes more!). Mostly from one house to another in Provo, but recently to Chattanooga, and looks like next year it will be to another state!
3. I am from a family of 8, but we did something most families of 2 won't do - Travel around the world for a year with one backpack each to 21 countries! I've been to 27 now.
4. My visiting teacher, Kate has a sister in Maryland who Rochelle, one of my closest friend from Calgary visit teaches! Now that's random!
5. Man! This is hard! I guess a random thing is I never dated a guy younger than me until Trey, then I fell in love and married him within 6 months of knowing him!
6. I learned 3 different languages before I graduated from high school - all of which I can't speak now, but I got called to Taiwan, mandarin speaking on my mission - a language that has no connection to any of the languages I learned. I guess it was all in the Lord's plan though because Trey and I came home the same day from our missions and met a month after getting home while we both taught Chinese in the MTC!
7. Lastly, I grew up with 3 very good friends, Kelly, Rochelle, Natalie and Leah. The first three are from Calgary - we all grew up within about a mile of eachother, and Leah grew up in Provo. At this point, we are all out east except Kelly, who is still at BYU. Rochelle is in Maryland, Nat is in Oklahoma and Leah is in Ohio! Crazy!

Wow! That was hard! Now it's your turn Heather, Leah, Brooke, Kara, Melanie, Bree and Dana)

Option for a Healthy Birth

I am not typically a big writer on my blog. I usually just post a few dozen photos of my adorable child and make little comments below. Well, I need some sort of outlet for all of my frustrations and thoughts and would love some feedback on them. As many of you know, I ended up getting a C-section with Brooklyn after planning on a completely natural birth with the help of Hypnosis. That is a whole nother story, and I wont' go into it, but I learned a lot about the what I want and need to have a healthy delivery. After extensive research into the process of birth, I know that it is possible for me to have a beautiful, natural birth and the things that that entails really aren't extreme and are in fact proven to be healthier choices for both me and my baby. (For our book group this month, we are reading "Gentle Birth Choices" by Barbara Harper, which is one of several books I have read on the topic and one that I would highly recommend - as well as the documenary ...

Washington D.C.

So I am finally getting around to catching up on the blog! My excuse for not blogging for months is that life has been insane - don't we all have that excuse though? Here is a brief description of mine though. Blogs to come. October 10th, Trey left for DC and I had a few days to get everything together for 3 weeks away. I decided to bottle a dozen or so bottles of Grapejuice, throw a dinner party etc. But soon we were off. We spent 11 amazing days in DC with our INCREDIBLE friends the Boeys. They were so hospitable and fun! (Adding to the fun and craziness of it all, My Sister Brooke and her family just happened to be there at the same time, and my BYU roommate Sariah and BFF from Childhood Kelly both live there) (SEE BLOG) Straight from D.C., we went to Georgia for 5 days to visit Trey's Grandparents. It was amazing and I will blog soon about that! Spent Halloween there As soon as I got home, my dear companion from Taiwan was in town, so I met up with her and 2 of my oth...
