Disneyland and California - the grand Finale!

The whole day, I walked around saying, "I can't believe I"m here!" Disneyland is everything it's said to be! Especially with family. My cousin Brock and his wife Jen live in L.A. and my cousin, Erica was in town finding work - as a model (obviously). It was amazing to be altogether in the land of dreams! It was a perfect finally to my week and a half away.

It was like a dream!

We were on the Ferris Wheel with these two girls who flew in from Japan for 3 days to go to Disneyland! It made us feel kind of bad for just going for one afternoon!

This is in California Days, which is right next to Disneyland

It was helarious. We all wore Save the earth shirts! "Go Green", "Don't be Trashy, Recycle" and "Leave no Trace".

Brooklyn learned to say "Dog" this trip. Whenever she sees or hears a dog now she says "Dou, Dou, Dog!" It's adorable. She even started to walk like dogs after watching them so much!

You make it look and sound like the happiest place on earth.

I got my wrap in the mail. Thank you so much, I love it. I love how close Adam feels to me. He loves to crank his head back and look up at me. He smiled the entire time I made dinner tonight.

Yeah for being nice to Mother Earth! Glad you had good times in Disneyland, but really, who wouldn't?

How fun! I think I need to let you take my kids on trips so that they can learn to be Brooklyn adaptable!

It is good to see you found a better car seat for Brooklyn. :) At least she is not tipped over.

Option for a Healthy Birth

I am not typically a big writer on my blog. I usually just post a few dozen photos of my adorable child and make little comments below. Well, I need some sort of outlet for all of my frustrations and thoughts and would love some feedback on them. As many of you know, I ended up getting a C-section with Brooklyn after planning on a completely natural birth with the help of Hypnosis. That is a whole nother story, and I wont' go into it, but I learned a lot about the what I want and need to have a healthy delivery. After extensive research into the process of birth, I know that it is possible for me to have a beautiful, natural birth and the things that that entails really aren't extreme and are in fact proven to be healthier choices for both me and my baby. (For our book group this month, we are reading "Gentle Birth Choices" by Barbara Harper, which is one of several books I have read on the topic and one that I would highly recommend - as well as the documenary ...

Washington D.C.

So I am finally getting around to catching up on the blog! My excuse for not blogging for months is that life has been insane - don't we all have that excuse though? Here is a brief description of mine though. Blogs to come. October 10th, Trey left for DC and I had a few days to get everything together for 3 weeks away. I decided to bottle a dozen or so bottles of Grapejuice, throw a dinner party etc. But soon we were off. We spent 11 amazing days in DC with our INCREDIBLE friends the Boeys. They were so hospitable and fun! (Adding to the fun and craziness of it all, My Sister Brooke and her family just happened to be there at the same time, and my BYU roommate Sariah and BFF from Childhood Kelly both live there) (SEE BLOG) Straight from D.C., we went to Georgia for 5 days to visit Trey's Grandparents. It was amazing and I will blog soon about that! Spent Halloween there As soon as I got home, my dear companion from Taiwan was in town, so I met up with her and 2 of my oth...
